Substance Abuse

Audit Assistance
All of us in Miami Dispatch & Carrier Services are certified to walk you through every step of your audit. We handle all aspects of the audit from gathering the required information, organizing all paperwork to setting up a meeting with the agency and representing you. Will be there with you from the beginning to end. Miami Dispatch will be responsible for the preparation of your company file which will include all Driver Qualification Files, Vehicle Qualification File, and Hours of Service Logs. A Log Book Training service is also offered for all your new drivers or existing drivers that need additional assistant.
Permitting & Tax Services
IFTA Permits
Every driver or company that travels outside the state of Florida must obtain an IFTA license. This license is to be renewed at the beginning of every year. Miami Dispatch can help you with this process by reminding you and processing with an expedite service.
Fuel Tax Reports
Fuel Taxes must be filed quarterly on all IFTA licensed commercial vehicles. We are experts on completing and calculating each unit total traveled miles by every state. Miami Dispatch will make sure to remind you with time so you can avoid penalties and late fees.
International Registration
The International Registration Plan is for those drivers or companies that have decided to travel around the country or Canada. Miami Dispatch provides a fast service of only four days to obtain Apportioned tag. We understand the circumstances and the delays this service can bring so we like to accommodate our clients the best way possible.
Road Taxes – HVUT
HVUT stands for Heavy Vehicle Use Tax which is an annual federal highway tax imposed on certain heavy motor vehicles, including trucks, truck tractors, and buses using our public highways. Road taxes must be paid every July 1st on trucks with a gross weight of 54,000 lbs. or higher.
